Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front end operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week
