Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front end operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, processing, and display of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal store presentation.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week
