About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Associate Vice-President Students (AVPS). This senior administrator will play a critical role in providing leadership, insight, innovation, and accountability in a student support ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the student support services portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and services to support students.
  • Cultivate and coordinate institutional structures and programs to enhance student success.
  • Lead and integrate robust holistic student support, services, and programming model for all campuses.
  • Represent CNC on international, national, and provincial levels.
Requirements
  • Eight years of experience in senior leadership, preferably in a post-secondary setting.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing student conduct cases.
  • Proven expertise in data-informed, learning and teaching focused post-secondary environments.
  • A coaching mindset and ability to create a thought-provoking environment to help others achieve their goals.
