Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive individual patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide appropriate treatment and referrals for patient health care problems
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Participate in the development and evaluation of treatment programs and activities
- Coordinate diagnostic tests and procedures as per RN(EC) scope of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program Certificate
- Current valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse Extended Class RN(EC) and evidence of professional liability insurance
- No restrictions on license
- Experience with mental health and addictions
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $54.39-$61.71
- 37.5 hours per week
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Company pension
