Job Overview: The Package Center Associate is tasked with the loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and storage of parcels. This role may involve operating heavy machinery for various functions and performing additional duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both walk-in and telephone clients.
  • Assess customer shipping requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Stay updated on all product and service offerings, alternatives, and industry developments.
  • Utilize equipment, software, and devices, and provide training to other staff on their use.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, general education, or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to lift items weighing over 18 kg (40 lb).
