ERP Support Analyst - SAP

The City of Kitchener is seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services department, you will provide exceptional customer service to SAP users, ensuring seamless support and resolution of system issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-tier support for SAP-related system issues and requests
  • Deliver responsive, day-to-day customer operational support for SAP-related systems
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, system, and integration errors and malfunctions
  • Support routine system administration tasks in accordance with documented processes
  • Collaborate with business users and IT to instill best practices and recognize opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
  • ~3-year degree/diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science)
  • ~2-4 years of relevant experience providing application and user support, preferably in a municipal environment
  • ~Experience working with SAP and other integrated ERP solutions
  • ~Knowledge of financial, work management, human resources/payroll, property tax, or utility billing processes
  • ~Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise in complex and highly integrated systems
  • ~Experience with technical writing and creating/maintaining technical and user documentation
