We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Barber to join our team at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality haircutting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and conduct thorough consultations to identify their preferences and needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations based on face shapes, hair types, and client tastes.
  • Perform high-quality haircutting services, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization.
  • Build lasting relationships with loyal clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including grooming stations and sterilizing tools.
  • Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education and upselling.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
