As a Lead Barber at Tommy Gun's, your responsibilities include:

  • Welcome customers and Identifying Preferences based on thorough consultations
  • Providing Expert Recommendations Based on Face Shapes and Tastes
  • Demonstrating High-Quality Technical Skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
  • Building Lasting Relationships with Loyal Customers
  • Maintaining Grooming Stations and Sterilizing Tools
  • Maximizing Retail Opportunities through effective Chair Education
