Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IBM TM1 developer to join our COO Support Tools squad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain TM1 applications and solutions for the COO Support Tools squad.
- Work closely with the business to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Own the entire SDLC, from inception to deployment in production.
- Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, using test-driven design and best practices.
- Work effectively with remotely dispersed teams, communicating across various regional teams.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in developing applications using IBM Planning Analytic (TM1) platform reporting and modeling tool.
- Expert knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics and BI tools.
- In-depth knowledge of cubes design, Turbo Integrator processes, Rules engine, and Scripting; using PAW, PAfE, and TM1web UIs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams.
