Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Baljeet Kaur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in flooring installation and maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in flooring installation is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, measurements, and markings on surfaces designated for coverage.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and install carpeting across various floor types.
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient flooring materials.
  • Prepare and install hardwood flooring with precision.
  • Inspect and repair any damaged flooring materials as necessary.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for flooring projects.
  • Prepare surfaces adequately for new installations.
  • Remove existing flooring materials and any contaminants from surfaces.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
