About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our restaurant operations, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to our restaurant team, including Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Cash Handling and Financial Management: Manage cash handling, reconcile cash and daily paperwork, and ensure that financial controls are in place to maintain profitability.
- Operations and Logistics: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including labor management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Customer Service and Experience: Ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience, including prompt service, high-quality food, and a clean and welcoming environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our restaurant operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and that risk management procedures are in place to minimize potential risks.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Education: Completion of all internal training curriculums.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
