Job Title: Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, identify sales opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder products as needed.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advice on merchandise, including product recommendations and demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Retail Salesperson will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 35 hours per week.

Work Term:

The work term is permanent.
