Experienced Litho Press Operator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled First Pressman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Litho printing. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color management. This role is based in a reputable manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Litho printing press to produce high-quality printed materials in accordance with established specifications.
- Continuously monitor product quality and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Oversee press operations, ensuring accurate registration and optimal ink-water balance.
- Maintain consistent quality and color density throughout the production of credit card sheets.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the printing industry, with a focus on ink formulation (experience outside of marketing agencies is preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a color-conscious approach.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
