Job Title: First Pressman

We are seeking an experienced First Pressman to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating the Litho printing press to produce high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate the Litho printing press to produce printed materials according to specifications
  • Monitor the quality of the product and take corrective action when required
  • Ensure proper registration and ink-water balance during press operations
  • Maintain quality and color density of credit card sheets throughout runs
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of industry knowledge of the printing process and ink formulation is preferred
  • Attention to detail and color consciousness
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • High School Diploma
