Senior Structural Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned engineer to contribute to our dynamic team at Tony Gee and Partners. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse projects across Canada and beyond.
Key Competencies:- At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering design post-graduation
- Expertise in designing transit infrastructure
- Experience in bridge engineering
- Ability to coordinate and deliver designs for rail and civil engineering initiatives
- Proficient in bridge loading and both steel and concrete design
- Familiarity with structural analysis software
- Capability to produce design deliverables and lead engineering teams
- Experience with composite design and foundation work
- Proficiency in finite element analysis tools
- Prior involvement in projects with Metrolinx
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Mentorship experience with junior engineers
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Awareness of cost management and deadlines
- Openness to seeking guidance when necessary
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PEng) license in Ontario
