Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of events, programs, and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work schedules for security personnel.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
- Client Support: Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as communicate with other departments and work units.
- Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
