Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Shop Labourer in our Paint Shop at 3302 Moodie Drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and loaders to assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
  • Wash and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist Shop Technicians with masking, taping, and sanding equipment prior to painting.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and minor maintenance of day-to-day operations in the shop.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely around and operate heavy equipment.
  • Capacity to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required.
  • Occasional independent work.
  • Punctual attendance with ability to work necessary hours on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
