Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to support and elevate our team of Mobilists. As a Store Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance
