Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement volunteer programs to engage with the community and promote our organization's mission
- Recruit and maintain relationships with volunteers, community groups, and organizations to support our programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of volunteer efforts
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, plus three years of recent experience in volunteer management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
