**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Moose Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
* Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency
* Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay connected with the team
* Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional customer service
* Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time
* Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
* Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
* Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
