We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Villages Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all menu items are prepared to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
