About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven individual with 1-2 years of culinary experience, who can lead a team and drive operational excellence. As a Chef De Partie, you'll be responsible for overseeing key areas of the restaurant, achieving operational standards, and managing product ordering and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a key area of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product ordering and inventory control to meet established service levels.
  • Lead a team, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Support the management team with team member relations and operational initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of culinary experience working in a kitchen or restaurant.
  • Experience leading a team and managing inventory.
  • Food Safe Certificate.
  • Passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
