Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza - Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead a team of kitchen staff to prepare and portion food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our menu and inventory decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen performance and areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
