Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing general accounting month end close activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries during month end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Conduct or assist in the documentation of accounting projects
- Provide resolution to complex problems and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and outside customer contacts
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, or related field
- 2+ years in a Senior Accountant/Analyst role
- Audit experience preferred
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Knowledge of month end close process
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field
- Experience in an ERP system, preferably Oracle
- Holds CPA, CPA candidate preferred
