Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Communication: Provide excellent oral and written communication, and work with minimal supervision.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 15 to 30 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
