About the Role

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a dedicated and dynamic leader responsible for ensuring exceptional service and product quality to maximize customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the planning, forecasting, and management of catering services, staff, and financial operations. The ideal candidate excels in creating a motivated team that prioritizes customer service while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.


Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Organize, lead, and assess the food and beverage services.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and managing schedules.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory management, revenue tracking, and expense control.
  • Participate in budget development and ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and beverage products and coordinate with clients for event catering.
  • Renew facility licenses and ensure the upkeep of catering equipment and facilities.
  • Manage software related to food and beverage operations, billing, and payment processing.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports related to food and beverage services.
