Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions for various agricultural applications, leveraging expertise in statistical data analysis and numerical modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive growth.
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines, utilizing expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, SciPy, and image processing libraries.
- Interpret model performance in terms of accuracy and efficiency, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- Work with large data sets and ensure scalability, utilizing expertise in Linux/Servers/Command Line and Docker or other containers.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Expertise in statistical data analysis and numerical modeling.
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, SciPy, and image processing libraries.
- Ability to develop machine learning pipelines and interpret model performance.
- Strong knowledge of complex data analysis, AI, and machine learning.
- Experience with large data sets and scalability.
- Education in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, IT, AI, or environmental sciences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in environmental systems, including soil and plant sciences, hydrology, biogeochemical cycles, and agronomy.
- Familiarity with broad acre agricultural production systems.
