About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team at JinXi Financial. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks and analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized loan solutions.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our mortgage products.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and approval.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or a related field preferred.
