Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at MAINTENANCE E.M.R.I.C. INC.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of cleaning staff and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
Work Environment:

The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of cleaning staff. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.

Language:

The primary language of work is French.
