Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at MAINTENANCE E.M.R.I.C. INC. in a temporary position.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cleaning policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in cleaning services or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in French is required.
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with 40 hours of work per week.
