Job Title: Elementary LTO Teaching Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified teacher to fill an Elementary LTO teaching position. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Grade 4/5 students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Grade 4/5 students in a variety of subjects, including language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario teaching certification
  • Experience teaching Grade 4/5 students
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
