Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Team Lead to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a Seasonal Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Merchandising: Maintain store appearance and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including counting and stocking merchandise.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills and experience in a retail environment.
  • Retail Experience: 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales associates, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
