Job Title: Telecommunications Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Technician to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, arranging, removing, and maintaining telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware. They will also diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware
  • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment
  • Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment
  • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
