Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Technician to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment to ensure seamless communication services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Equipment Repair: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Inspection and Testing: Inspect the operation of telecommunications equipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
