Job Title: Geotechnical Senior Engineer

TechnipFMC is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Senior Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our geotechnical department, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing activities related to the geotechnical analysis of pipeline systems and foundations without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead junior and intermediate engineers on analysis projects, interfacing with clients, and verifying analysis results.
  • Design soil parameter interpretation from available geotechnical & geophysical data.
  • Develop and protect the group's technical capability and know-how.
  • Conduct geotechnical risk assessments and trenching assessments.
  • Design subsea structure foundation designs to ISO, DNVGL, or API standards.
  • Perform pipeline-soil interaction assessments to DNVGL F114.
  • Utilize available software and software tools to perform analysis, including finite element analysis and spreadsheet tools.
Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Minimum of five to seven years' experience in the oil and gas industry related to subsea geotechnics.
  • Registered with PEG-NL as a Professional Engineer.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good leadership abilities.
