About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at SSS LIQUOR LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Process Payments and handle customer transactions with a high level of professionalism.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Support Sales and Promotions by suggesting products and services to customers.
  • Verify Age and ID for age-restricted products and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in Inventory Management and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience an asset.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Math Skills to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
