About the Role

McCarthy Tétrault is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project objectives.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and prioritize business objectives.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
