About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are properly categorized and stored.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Transfer data between software systems, update and maintain databases, and perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including creating digital records using a scanner and transferring handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience
Technical Skills
  • Database Software: Proficiency in database software
  • MS Office: Expertise in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Language and Work Environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, with free parking available
