About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Entry Clerk to join our team at 10048262 Manitoba Ltd. As a Payment Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data according to specified format: You will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data: Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Store, update and maintain databases: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our databases, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Create digital records using a scanner: You will use a scanner to create digital records, ensuring that all documents are accurately scanned and stored.
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents: You will be responsible for transferring handwritten data to digital formats, ensuring that all data is accurately transferred.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages: You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering telephone calls and relaying messages as needed.
  • Answer electronic enquiries: You will respond to electronic enquiries from clients, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory: You will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining our inventory, ensuring that we have all necessary supplies on hand.
Requirements
  • Education: You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: You will have the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. Willingness to train is essential.
  • Language: You will be fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: You will work 35 hours per week.
