Meat Processing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Butcher to join our team at Wanbon Foods. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our meat processing operations.
Education Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
The position is set in a cold/refrigerated environment, typical of meat processing facilities.
Work SettingThe role is based in a meat processing and/or packing plant, where you will engage in various tasks related to meat preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging.
- Prepare specific cuts of meat and poultry for institutional, commercial, or wholesale distribution.
- Remove bones from meat products as required.
While prior experience is considered an asset, it is not mandatory.
