Job Title: Wholesale Buyer

Lucky Supply Inc. is seeking a skilled Wholesale Buyer to join our team. As a Wholesale Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing merchandise for resale, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of products to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study market reports and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer demand.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms with suppliers to maximize profit margins.
  • Review inventory levels and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality and pricing standards.
  • Supervise the work of other buyers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Visit trade shows, showrooms, and product design events to stay informed about new products and trends.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in buying or merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
