Job Title: Server - Jump

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Jump Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations on food and beverage items.
  • Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, maintaining a clean and organized section.
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems, and be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely.
Qualifications:
  • Serving experience in a similar environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Organizational skills, sales ability, and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and high level of product knowledge.
