Quantum Computing Data Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our high-performance team responsible for Business Systems at D-Wave Quantum Inc. In this role, you will help develop a data analytics function and will get exposure to a wide variety of departments and their operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Partner deeply with teams across D-Wave to ensure that our users, our products, and our business have the models, data products, and insights needed to make decisions and grow responsibly.
- Work closely with partners to extract insights from D-Wave's rich and complex data.
- Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to inform and run the business.
- Carry out analysis on product performance, user journey analysis, and marketing/content effectiveness, to help our business understand which touchpoints and tactics are driving the greatest value (and why).
- Create reports and visualizations in Power BI (Business Intelligence) and other analytics tools.
- Assist in creating actionable business recommendations through analysis and data storytelling.
- 4+ years' experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science roles, building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets to solve problems.
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable and professional with handling confidential and personal data.
