Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing a data analytics function and working closely with teams across the company to ensure that our users, products, and business have the models, data products, and insights needed to make decisions and grow responsibly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for various departments, including executive dashboards
  • Assist in creating actionable business recommendations through analysis and data storytelling
  • Clean and validate data to ensure appropriate filtering and correctness
  • Work with various stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Carry out analysis on product performance, user journey analysis, and marketing/content effectiveness
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science roles
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R
  • Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience at a growth stage SaaS company
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience building data warehouses or data lakes
