About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at ROMANTIKO BARBER SHOP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Shaving and Trimming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection, using precision and attention to detail.
  • Coloring and Styling: Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair, and style hair using various techniques.
  • Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their hair needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
Work Environment

As a Barber at ROMANTIKO BARBER SHOP, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work efficiently and effectively, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, team player.
