Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barber Stylist to join our team at ROMANTIKO BARBER SHOP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client preferences and instructions
  • Shampoo customers' hair and provide a relaxing experience
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
Work Environment

Our barbershop is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality services. You will be required to work in a repetitive task environment and have strong attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
