Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a key member of our Systems Team, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting system solutions and processes within our SAP SD module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create process and technical specifications for internal and external IT partners
  • Oversee and monitor development of technical solutions with process partners
  • Develop and oversee testing scripts for processes
  • Design and implement training documents and processes for internal and external functions
  • Provide SAP system support for order-to-cash issues and handle ad hoc questions on SAP functionality
  • Lead EDI initiatives for trade partner implementations and changes
  • Maintain SAP system tables and perform troubleshooting on issues
Requirements:
  • University degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP SD module with at least two years of experience
  • Knowledge of EDI standards and experience in coordinating implementation and enhancement initiatives
  • Experience leading system implementations, process improvements, or project management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale, integrated business systems
