Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent full-time position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The work environment is commercial and industrial, with a focus on customer service and support.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
