Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a strong network of Contractors/Dealers across North America.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain a well-developed pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Service existing accounts and meet/exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Organize daily work schedule and meet company mandated profit margins.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Suggest and recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven math skills for calculating proposals and ability to read CAD drawings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and close sales.
