We are seeking a knowledgeable expert to deliver holistic financial strategies and guidance to our mass affluent clientele. In this role, you will prioritize the development of enduring relationships with clients, perform thorough evaluations, and strive for continuous enhancement of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial aspirations and deliver specialized financial strategies
- Perform evaluations and provide insights for program efficiency
- Contribute to team objectives and elevate client satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends
- Offer mentorship and support to colleagues
- Promote a culture of risk management and oversight

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is mandatory
- IIROC licensing is preferred (to be obtained within the initial 90 days)
- Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) completion required within the first 90 days
- IQPF licensing is necessary (specific to Quebec)
- Wealth Management Essentials (WME) must be completed within 30 months
- Attain Certified Financial Planner designation within 3 years
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative work ethic
